I recently installed new carpet (there were none) in the bedroom of my house using Paradise Tile and they did such a wonderful job!!
I was referred to them by my sister who used them to replace her carpets as well and highly recommended them. As a first time homeowner, it was nice and much more convenient working with a family business (Cosimo the owner or his son), rather than a large company. I absolutely love my carpets! - the carpet typle, color, and memory foam padding that I picked, it's so luxurious. I get compliments.
They have a wide variety of stone, tile, and carpet samples for you to look at and take home whilst shopping. Measurement, intall, and service was very professional and I feel if I ever have any issues in the future (which I don't foresee), I can call the owner to come out to look at/fix, which you can't get at Home Depot or Lowe's.
I highly recommend this place. Support small businesses.

 I recently purchased my home in North Scottsdale and needed some input on removing the carpet and what type of flooring to replace the carpet. Cosimo immediately knew how to get it donw correctly and even went out of his way to match the current hardwood on the first floor.

This is my 3rd job with Paradise tile and I am extremely pleased with Cosimo and his team. They are always dependable, provide quality work at a fair price, compared to other companies I have worked with.
My first job was for a very detailed travertine Versailles pattern, the second was a flooring leveling and 3rd was tiling a shower. All were kept on track with communication with Cosimo. He always follows through to make sure "his guys did a good job and that you are happy with the work". As with any contractor there are times things need to be fixed and they always step up to make it right.
This is the kind of business that you look for when interviewing contractors. There is a reason they have been in business for 20+ years, only a quality business has that kind of longevity!

Cosimo and his team of amazing guys delivered an amazing install of both limestone and travertine flooring. After a few water leaks destroyed my wood floors, I faced having to replace 2,500 sqft of flooring. Nightmare! After reading reviews and looking at examples of the work of Paradise Tile, I contacted Cosimo and he came all they way out to Verrado in Buckeye on a Sunday!
Cosimo is extremely accomodating and very honest about the work required, the pricing, options, potential problems that could come up, etc. He didn't push anything on me as far as products or extra services. he consistently made me feel that my satisfaction with their work and the final product were what mattered most. The crews were on time, cleaned up regularly, and kept me informed on the status of the install and when they expected to be complete.

My husband and I are just finishing a big remodel and used Paradise to remove a lot of tile flooring, install new wood flooring throughout and install a new kitchen backsplash (a big one). We were both impressed with both the hard work of the crews that did the work and the quality of their work. Very impressive service!!! We arrived in town with an extremely tight deadline. Had read reviews and figured we'd check out this business. We had some extremely bad experiences with some tradespeople in the past and were skeptical. Met with Cosimo and explained that we had a tight deadline and had been burned in the past. He assured us that he could get our job completed within our tight timeline. Not only did he get it done on time but had the job completely finished four days ahead of schedule!!!
The installers, Oliver and Riglio were professional, prompt, friendly and cleaned up after everything at the end of the job. Cosimo called during the job to ensure we were happy with how it was progressing and then nearing the end called again to assure us it would definitely be completed ahead of schedule. I would have no isse recommending this company for flooring. We would definitely use them again if we have the need to.

Cosimo, his wife, and his son Anthony are the BEST!! I had a challenging timeline for installing new carpet, flooring, and floorboards in my entire house. I was in town for 2 days, gone 5, back 5, gone 9 before final move in. Crazy schedule! Anthony helped me first with finding the perfect colors, I had brought in my paint chip. His son had 7 years of experience working in paint stores so he understood color. Becuase of his help I was able to quickly find the carpet and the Nova Laminate flooring within one visit. I brought the samples to my home and the samples were perfect! Cosimo and his wife came out that evening to measure my place, I was flying out of town the next day. I felt well cared for and appreciated the experience and expertise in moving forward with the project. Cosimo kept me informed every step of the process (I was back in Minnesota) and responded promptly to all my texts and calls.
The installers did an impeccable job, the floors and carpets look AMAZING! The installers cleaned up and the carpet was vacuumed. When I flew back and opened my front door for the first time with the new floors (neighbors within ear shot), I said, "WOW". My neighbors had to come over and look and they were equally impressed. I am so HAPPY and PLEASED with my new floors and carpet. Everyone who has come to my house (handy man, cox cable, movers, etc.) has complimented me on the new floors. You can get quality flooring installed by many folks. Paradise Tile, headed by Cosimo Millitello, offers expert installation, a wide selection of flooring, but adds one additional KEY Element: Cosimo Millitello.
Cosimo has decades of experience, not only in flooring, but overall design. What works, and more importantly, what doesn't. Although my wife and had a definite plan for our Scottsdale home, we could tell Cosimo had other ideas. The key thing is to swallow your pride and ask him "If this was your house, what would you do?"
What he described was very different than our vision. We immediately realized his ideas were much better than ours. From that point on, we listened more than we talked. Make no mistake, this was not Cosimo trying to "up-sell" us more work -- he's plenty busy. It was professional advice, and it made all the difference. Our house looks completely redone, the tile and pattern looks amazingly good. I went by Paradise Tile and Natural Stone after looking at the big box stores for some engineered wood flooring and finding nothing that fit the bill. While the store itself seems small, PT&NS avoids the really cheap stuff and is filled with a great selection of all kinds of flooring sourced from local, near-local and big name manufacturers.
Cosimo himself is quite friendly and listens to your criteria before making a recommendation. Based on our budget and likes, Cosimo recommended laminate over engineered hardwood. Although I was initially unsure of the qualities of laminate, the price point and the sheer variety won me over.
The price may have been slightly over what you would pay at a big box store, but the personal touch from Cosimo and the variety available at Paradise Tile and Stone can't be beat. We used our own contractor for laying the laminate so I could not comment about their contractors.

We went into Paradise tile to get a bid on our home tile project. Cosimo's bid was comparable to Home Depot's bid. He said we could start on March 30th if we used him, which we did and the workers arrived at 8am on the 30th and every day after at 8. Cosimo thought the job might take 7 to 8 days, as we were installing over 1000 square feet of tile, with carpet and old tile tear out. It took 4 days. They did a beautiful, beautiful job. We would recommend him again in a heart beat. We checked the registrar of contractors, and found his license is 20 years old and no complaints. We totally understand how that can be. He was there every step of the way. All in all a wonderful experience, for something as unfun as home renovation.

We were looking to replace our carpet with either tile or wood. After getting an estimate from a 'non-local' company, we decided to stop into Paradise Tile as it was down the street from us and all the Yelp reviews were positive. Cosimo was most helpful in offering suggestions and came the next day to our house to look at the selections we had chosen. After measuring and agreeing upon a price, we decided to go ahead with the project. Sure, it was a mess tearing up tile and replacing, but the crew that he has working for him were very efficient and finished the job in a week. During that time, Cosimo stopped in just to make sure things were going OK. We also had our carpeting replaced with wood laminate.
After seeing how great it looked in our living room and family room, we decided to do all four bedrooms. Cosimo was able to schedule his crew to arrive the next day at 6:30 a.m. and by 3:30 p.m. they were done with replacing the carpet with wood laminate AND painted and put on new baseboards. They asked if they could help with bringing some of the furniture back in and without asking, they brought in a dresser that we had struggled to get outside. I would recommend Cosimo and his crew without reservation!

I waited 9 months before writing this review. I wanted to make sure I liked the product and installation after living with it for a while. Paradise Tile removed existing tile and carpet and installed 3,500 sqft of Luxury Vinyl Planking and new baseboards covering whole house including stairs. This involved moving and reinstalling toilets, dishwasher, refridg, and piano. Cosamo was a joy to work with. His installers were just as good. Very impressive service!!! We arrived in town with an extremely tight deadline. Had read reviews and figured we'd check out this business. We had some extremely bad experiences with some tradespeople in the past and were skeptical. Met with Cosimo and explained that we had a tight deadline and had been burned in the past. He assured us that he could get our job completed within our tight timeline. Not only did he get it done on time but had the job completely finished four days ahead of schedule!!!The installers, Oliver and Riglio were professional, prompt, friendly and cleaned up everything at the end of the job.
Cosimo called during the job to ensure we were happy with how it was progressing and then nearing the end called again to assure us it would be completed ahead of schedule. I would have no issue recommending this company for flooring. We would definitely use them again if we have the need to. Thank you Cosimo for keeping your word and restoring our faith in the trades.
